Company Information: Gaari is a registered transportation and travel service provider operating in Bangladesh. Our services include car rentals, airport transfers, travel packages, and corporate transportation solutions.

Service Definitions

Car Rental Services

Self-drive or chauffeur-driven vehicle rentals for personal and business use, including sedans, minivans, and microbuses.

Airport Transfer Services

Transportation to and from major airports in Bangladesh with flight monitoring and meet-and-greet services.

Travel Packages

Comprehensive travel solutions including transportation, accommodation, and guided tours to various destinations in Bangladesh.

Corporate Services

Business transportation solutions including employee shuttles, executive travel, and event transportation.

Booking and Payment Terms

Advance Payment Requirements

  • Car Rentals: 10% advance payment required at booking
  • Travel Packages: 50% advance payment required at booking
  • Airport Transfers: Full payment required at booking

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash payments (BDT)
  • Bank transfers
  • Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
  • Credit/Debit cards (subject to availability)

Payment Deadlines

All payments must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.

Cancellation Process

  • All cancellations must be made in writing (email or phone)
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for scheduled services without prior cancellation notice will result in full charge with no refund.

Customer Responsibilities

Age and Documentation Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old to book services
  • Valid government-issued ID required for all bookings
  • International travelers must provide passport and visa documents
  • Corporate bookings require business registration documents

Behavior and Conduct

  • Respect for drivers and other passengers is mandatory
  • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances in vehicles
  • Proper care of vehicles and equipment is required
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

Luggage and Personal Items

  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings
  • Gaari is not liable for lost or damaged items
  • Luggage limits apply based on vehicle capacity
  • Fragile items should be properly packaged

Safety and Insurance

Vehicle Insurance

  • All vehicles are comprehensively insured
  • Passenger coverage included in all services
  • Third-party liability coverage provided
  • Medical expense coverage for accidents

Driver Qualifications

  • All drivers are licensed and experienced
  • Regular training and safety certifications
  • Background checks and drug testing
  • Compliance with local driving regulations

Emergency Procedures

  • 24/7 emergency support available
  • Immediate assistance for accidents or breakdowns
  • Coordination with local emergency services
  • Regular vehicle maintenance and inspections

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

  • Gaari is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure
  • Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for services
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Force majeure events may result in service modifications

Third-Party Services

  • Accommodation and activity providers are independent contractors
  • Gaari acts as an intermediary for third-party services
  • Third-party terms and conditions apply to their services
  • Gaari is not responsible for third-party service quality
